This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information when you use the KUT application (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). By using our app, you agree to the data practices described in this policy. ## 1. Information We Collect To provide you with a better, personalized astrology and Human Design experience, we may collect the following information: * **Personal Astrology Data:** Name, date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This information is required for the accurate calculation of your celestial chart (BodyGraph). * **Camera and Visual Data (Palm Reading Feature):** If you use our palm reading feature, permission to access your device's camera is requested, or you must upload a photo from your gallery. The captured/uploaded palm photos are processed solely for analysis purposes. * **Device and Usage Data:** Anonymous technical data such as how you use the app, your device model, operating system version, and advertising identifiers (IDFA/AAID) may be collected. ## 2. How We Use Your Information We use the information we collect for the following purposes: * To generate your personalized Human Design chart (BodyGraph), daily transits, and compatibility analyses. * To analyze your palm photos with the help of artificial intelligence (AI) and provide you with specific interpretations. * To generate AI-powered "Cosmic Life Book" PDF reports. * To manage in-app purchases and premium subscriptions (via RevenueCat). * To display personalized or non-personalized ads to free users (via Google AdMob). * To improve our service, troubleshoot errors, and optimize user experience. ## 3. Data Sharing with Third Parties We absolutely do not sell your data. However, to provide our services, we may share your data (anonymized or as necessary) with the following trusted third-party service providers: * **Google (Gemini AI):** In-app palm reading analysis and detailed PDF book generation are performed using Google's Gemini Artificial Intelligence API. Texts or visuals that need to be analyzed during these processes are transmitted to Google's servers. (Google's own data privacy policies apply). * **RevenueCat:** Used to verify your subscription status, purchases, and premium access rights. Your financial data (credit card, etc.) is **not** stored by RevenueCat or us; payments are processed directly by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. * **Google AdMob:** Advertising identifiers (subject to ATT permissions) are shared with AdMob to serve ads to users using the app for free. ## 4. Data Storage and Security * The profiles you create (birth date, etc.) and PDF reports are stored directly **in your device's local memory**. Unless you delete them from your device, this data remains on your device. * Photos taken for palm reading are not permanently stored on our servers; the result is transmitted back to the device once the AI processing is complete. ## 5. Permissions and Control * **Camera Permission:** Requested with your explicit consent only when you use the palm reading module. * **Notification Permission:** Requested with your explicit consent if you wish to receive daily celestial transits and reminders. You can turn this off at any time from your device settings. * **App Tracking Transparency (iOS ATT):** If you do not wish to see targeted ads, you can decline this permission from your device's privacy settings. ## 6. Children's Privacy KUT is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete such information from our systems. ## 7.
